The dark of winter solstice

The days are so dark, so short, so overcast, they barely seem to be days.
So I’ve begun experimenting with taking pictures in the dark…

  1. I Love what you focus on. The liquid abstraction of shades of rich caramel and chocolate is just yummy. I am curious , what am I really looking at? Or is magic all I need to know? 😉

    1. Those last few very abstract ones – I can tell you, but it sounds like nothing.
A glass candle-holder. A beautiful shape, but… abstract it becomes another thing entirely – weirder.
Or magic, if you prefer 🙂

      1. I do prefer magic … but then again you throw in ‘weird’, an ancient word that speaks of supernatural things, stuff of mystery, unknown, and…. magic.
Words have it together in bubbles and lines. Isn’t it fun?
